HIGH RISK OR VULNERABLE PATIENTS - PLEASE READ BELOW IN RELATION TO ISOLATION DUE TO MEDICAL CONDITIONS.

Dear Patients,

If you are in the high risk category or self isolating due to an underlying medical condition and have not received a letter from the NHS please do not worry, there are delays and this does not stop you registering for support - all you need to do is follow the link

This will allow you to register and all you require is your NHS number (it will be on hospital letters, your prescription request or please phone us to give it to you)

Practice Update - November 2021

The safety of our patients is of paramount importance to us.

At certain times of the week we can have up to eight clinics running simultaneously in the practice. These are managing both urgent on the day need and also longer term chronic conditions.

We ask patients to make a telephone appointment in the first instance. During this telephone call the clinician will decide whether you need to be seen face to face for an examination and within what time frame. They may also ask you to come in for blood tests or other health checks before seeing you face to face. This helps us to manage our waiting room space, allow social distancing and to keep some of our most vulnerable patients safe. Thank you for your flexibility and your understanding. 

Please be aware that there are a number of self referral pathways in Islington, that you can access directly without needing to speak to a GP
