Repeat Prescriptions

We are encouraging patients to request repeat prescriptions online wherever possible. Please sign up for Online Access as soon as possible. 

If you wish to order your repeat prescription online via the link at the top of this page then please speak to one of our receptionists. They will then issue you with a pin number and details of how to log on electronically to our system. Please note that you may not be able to use this system if your prescription is due for review.

This will allow us to provide your medication in a safe and timely way going forward. To avoid mistakes we do not accept requests over the telephone.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medications require regular review. You will be contacted to organise this. We may ask you to come to the surgery for blood tests or other health checks. We have a new pod in our waiting room which measures your blood pressure, height, weight and BMI. You do not need an appointment to use it. Please hand your readings to a member of our reception team who will add the information to your clinical record.
